Hosts are solely responsible for:

• Pricing and fees.
• Compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Maintaining safe and habitable accommodations.

EZBNB does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or suitability of any listing.

5. Reservations and Payments

Guests agree to pay all applicable charges associated with their reservation.

Payments may include:

• Nightly rates
• Cleaning fees
• Service fees
• Taxes
• Security deposits (if applicable)

Reservations are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary by listing.

Guests should review the cancellation policy displayed before booking.

Refund eligibility is determined according to the applicable cancellation policy and any applicable laws.

EZBNB reserves the right to issue refunds, credits, or adjustments in exceptional circumstances.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Treat properties respectfully.
• Follow all house rules.
• Comply with local laws.
• Avoid disturbing neighbors or surrounding communities.
• Leave properties in reasonable condition.

Guests may be responsible for damages caused during their stay.

8. Host Responsibilities

Hosts agree to:

• Provide safe and accurate accommodations.
• Maintain valid ownership or authorization to rent the property.
• Comply with local rental, zoning, tax, and licensing requirements.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and issues.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Provide false information.
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Circumvent payment systems.
• Post fraudulent listings.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Upload malicious software or attempt unauthorized access.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

10. Damage Claims

Hosts may submit claims for property damage caused by Guests.

EZBNB may assist in facilitating communication regarding damage claims but is not responsible for resolving disputes or guaranteeing compensation.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, software, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to EZBNB.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit Platform content without prior written permission.

12. Reviews and User Content

Users may submit reviews, comments, photos, and other content.

By submitting content, you grant EZBNB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for Platform operations and marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

13. Privacy

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid through the Platform for the applicable reservation.
